Notice Regarding Portrait Rights

[Notice] Regarding Photography and Promotional Use at the Event Venue

Photography for official documentation and promotional purposes will take place at KOREA EXPO TOKYO 2026. Materials containing your image may be posted on official SNS accounts and the website. Should you wish to have any such content removed, please send a request to the organizing committee email address, and we will take immediate action.

Privacy Policy (KOREA EXPO TOKYO 2026 – For Buyers)
EXPORUM Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values the personal information of our data subjects and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy for buyers in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes the collected information for the following purposes:

Buyer Verification and Registration: Verification of buyer qualifications for KOREA EXPO TOKYO 2026, registration processing, and issuance of entry badges.

Customized Business Matching: Analyzing company type, sales revenue, purchasing budget, and areas of interest provided by buyers to recommend optimal exhibitors and facilitate business consultations.

Marketing and Information Provision: Providing information on event benefits, announcements for future events, newsletters, and business-related promotional messages.

Complaint Handling: Responding to inquiries and conducting statistical analysis for service improvement.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information to be Processed)
The Company collects the following information through the registration form:

Personal Information: Full name (Native/English), Email address, Mobile number, Residence (Country and City), Gender, Age group, and Referral source (How you heard about us).

Company and Business Information: Company name, Department, Job title, Company type, Annual sales revenue, Annual budget for Korean products, Decision-making authority, Korean brand handling status, Purpose of visit, and Areas of interest.

Service Usage Information: Participation status in business matching, IP address, Cookies, and visit history.

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the data subject. This exhibition does not operate a system where exhibitors scan buyer badges to obtain personal information. However, for buyers who wish to participate in "Business Matching," basic buyer information may be shared with exhibitors within the necessary scope to facilitate smooth consultation arrangements.

Article 4 (Entrustment and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information)
The Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows for efficient business operations:

Entrusted Entities: SYSFORU Inc., Stibee, CNA Communications, imweb, and advertising media (Google, Meta, Naver).

Overseas Transfer: While this event is held in Japan, the collected information will be transferred to and securely stored on the Company’s servers located in the Republic of Korea for efficient data management and matching system operation.

Article 5 (Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information)
Retention Period: Two (2) years from the date of collection.

Information is retained for buyer networking and future event announcements. Upon expiration of this period, the data will be destroyed immediately using irrecoverable methods.

Article 6 (Operation of Imaging Equipment and Notice of Image Rights)
Purpose of Filming: On-site security, fire prevention, and archiving for promotional purposes (Postings on SNS, official website, and post-show reports).

Operational Notice: Due to the nature of large-scale exhibitions, it is difficult to identify and exclude specific individuals during filming. Therefore, by entering the venue, it is deemed that you have acknowledged the filming and its subsequent use.

Post-event Action: If you feel uncomfortable with any photo or video posted on official channels, please contact the Secretariat. Upon verification, we will take immediate action to delete or modify (e.g., blurring) the content.

Article 7 (Rights of Data Subjects and Data Protection Officer)
Data subjects may request to access, correct, or delete their personal information at any time.
